NJ State Step TeamAbout NJSSA
The New Jersey State Step Association, Inc. (NJSSA) is a non-profit organization created to promote Stepping in the state of New Jersey.

The NJSSA believes that stepping is an extracurricular competitive activity which is a vital part of the total curriculum of any school or district, and as such, should be administered and promoted by the professional administrative staff of the school or district. The NJSSA also advances the same level of professional administration among youth organizations which engage in Stepping for young people. Schools and youth organizations should employ every effort to see that the staff, the students, and the community understands and abides by healthy and proper attitudes of this activity. The NJSSA understands the need for schools and youth organizations to inspire the best in the young through teamwork and competition.
